ICC has announced Virat Kohli’s straight drive six against Haris Rauf during the India-Pakistan match at the 2022 T20 World Cup as the ‘Shot of the Century’.

India were in a crunch situation against Pakistan in the T20 World Cup clash, where the Men in Blue required 28 to win off eight balls. Haris Rauf was bowling brilliantly in that match, and Virat hit him for two sixes, which brought the match back in India’s favour.

Virat’s shot down the ground won everyone’s heart, and it became the talk of the town. Meanwhile, Haris Rauf also revealed to Kohli that wherever he goes, fans welcome him with ‘Kohli, Kohli’ chants.
