Miss World Aché Abrahams of Trinidad and Tobago met Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal. She came to the venue of the second Test between India and West Indies at the invitation of Brian Lara, who is from the same place.
“It’s always inspiring to meet the new generation,” Abrahams told RevSportz. “They were so sweet and inviting and gave me well wishes,” she added.
“Lara is a legend of the game and is encouraging the youngsters of our country to play sports,” she said.
India are ahead in the ongoing series, having won the opening game by an innings and 141 runs.
