India will square off against Zimbabwe on November 6 in the last match of the super 12 round. The Men in Blue will look for a much-needed victory to book a spot in the semi-finals.

On the other hand, Zimbabwe will try to emulate their performance against Pakistan and try to upset India. Ahead of the match, Zimbabwe skipper Craig Ervine addressed the media personnel and talked about India and Virat Kohli in particular.

When asked about his plans to contain Virat Kohli, Ervine had a shocking answer.

“I don’t think we have any plans against Kohli. He is too good a player. Also, even if we had a plan, they don’t work against class players like Kohli.”

Ervine said facing class batters like Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Suryakumar Yadav would be an excellent experience for his bowlers.

“This is a great opportunity to bowl against some of the best guys in the world. How many times do you get the opportunity to take Kohli’s wicket.”

Virat is the tournament’s leading run scorer, with 220 runs in four matches.
