As the sporting season has come to a halt due to the spread of the coronavirus, cricketers are spending most of their time at their homes. While some are resorting to making videos and doing Instagram LIVE sessions, others are spending their time with their loved ones which include their pets as well.

Australian batting star Marnus Labuschagne recently shared a video on social media where he was seen playing cricket in the backyard of his home. In the video, the Aussie batsman purposely guides the ball towards the slip region where it was caught by his dog. The video has gone viral on social media.

“Thought that we had to give this one a try… tough to tell who is enjoying the backyard training more #StayHome #StaySafe #milo,” Labuschagne captioned the video, that he had posted on Twitter.

Labuschagne’s teammates Usman Khawaja and David Warner also commented on the post and called the dog as the show-stealer. Labuschagne has been Australia’s find in the longest format in recent times. The last year was one of the best for the South African who moved to Australia to pursue his cricketing career.
