Sanju Samson, who plays for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League, scored first century of this year’s IPL.
Playing against Sunrisers Hyderabad, the right hand batsman completed his second century of IPL career in just 54 balls.
The visitors had lost Jos Buttler pretty early in the innings but Sanju Samson and Ajinkya Rahane rescued their innings.
Rajasthan Royals scored 198 runs from the allotted 20 overs with Samson scoring an unbeaten 102 while Rahane accumulated 70 runs.
Samson’s innings was laced with ten fours and four sixes.
