All the IPL teams have reached UAE for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League, starting from September 19. The players and support staff have been kept in six-day isolation.

In the meantime, the cricketers are making the full use of their quarantine period as they are working hard on their fitness. Many players are sharing their work-out videos on social media platforms and Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma is no different.

The 33-year-old batsman recently shared a clip on his official Instagram handle in which he can be seen exercising with his wife Ritika Sajdeh. Hitman captioned the post as “Stronger together.”

Notably, Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians is the only team that has allowed its players to travel with their families in the IPL 2020.

Yuzvendra Chahal cheekily trolls Rohit Sharma

The ace spinner of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Yuzvendra Chahal wrote a hilarious comment on Rohit Sharma’s work-out video. Taking a dig at the swashbuckling opener, Chahal asked if Ritika is going to open the batting line-up with him in the UAE.

“Bhabhi open karne wale hai kya bhaiya aapke saath ipl mein?,” Chahal wrote.

Rohit Sharma is one of the most successful captains in the cash-rich league, who has led his side to four IPL titles. He has played 188 IPL games so far, scoring 4898 runs at an average of 31.60.
