More than 40 security personnel have been martyred in a gruesome attack on the covoy of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) by terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed. The attack was carried out by a suicide bomber, who rammed an explosive laden car into the vehicle carrying security personnel.
This tragic news of the CRPF jawans being killed has sent a shockwave across the country and condolences for the families of the deceased jawans have poured in from across the country.
The attack was condemned by cricket fraternity, who took to Twitter to send their condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the attack.
VVS Laxman, Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Gautam Gambhir and Mohammed Kaif were left devastated after hearing the news of terror attack on CRPF convoy.
