Team India’s wicket-keeper batter Richa Ghosh stated that India have a plan ready for Australia. The two teams will clash in the first semi-final of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 on Thursday, February 23.
The Meg Lanning-led side topped Group B with four wins from as many games. Meanwhile, India made it to the knockout stage after defeating Ireland in the last group stage game. India finished second behind England in Group A.
Australia have defeated India in the important matches. Ghosh revealed that India have identified Australia’s weak spot.
“We know their weak spot and will exploit it. I can’t reveal anything about it,” she said.
“Australia play attacking game. Even they lose wickets, the run flow doesn’t come down. They have a strong batting line-up. Even we have a strong batting line-up. So, we will play an attacking game.”
Richa Ghosh, who recently won the inaugural women’s T20 U-19 World Cup, said India can thump Australia.
