Virat Kohli bought a new villa in Alibaug

Virat Kohli is the biggest cricketing brand in the world at the moment. The 34-year-old has earned huge revenue from the game through the advertisements and online branding he does. Kohli is the highest-earning cricketer in the world, and reportedly his net worth is around 120 million dollars.

The 34-year-old has several homes, farmhouses and villas across different cities and has added another one to his collection as the former India captain recently bought a lavish villa in Alibaug.

Virat, who is busy in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, bought a villa in Awas village for six crore. The house is spread across 2,000 sq feet, which includes a swimming pool of 400 square feet.

Since Virat could not be present in Alibaug to complete the formalities, his elder brother Vikas Kohli was in the coastal town along with Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan, who did the interior of the house.

Notably, this is not the first property owned by Virat and Anushka in the town, they also purchased a farmhouse in Alibaug for 19.24 crore, for which he paid a stamp duty of 1.15 crore.

The property is constructed by Avas living. Advocate Mahesh Mhatre said, “Awas is a preferred location due to its natural beauty. Besides, the Mandwa jetty is five minutes away from Awas, and the speed boats have now reduced the distance to Mumbai to 15 minutes.”
