Mumbai Indians bought their 6th player of the ongoing IPL auction, as they bought India star all-rounder Pooja Vastrakar for a whopping 1.9 crore. Pooja, who made her India debut in 2018, registered herself for a maximum base price of 50 lakh. Apart from Mumbai, another team who fought hard to sign the 23-year-old was UP Warriorz. Pooja has played 44 matches, in which she has 29 wickets and 257 runs.
Meanwhile, 22-year-old Yastika Bhatia went blue as MI bought her for 1.5 crore.
