Rohit Sharma out against LSG
Fans reacted to Rohit's failed innings against LSG

Rohit Sharma has been trying to dictate terms to the bowlers in the Indian Premier League 2023. However, he hasn’t been successful in the tournament. Rohit’s new method in T20 cricket has resulted in his downfall in international cricket and franchise tournament.

Apart from one or two good innings, he has been a walking wicket for the rival teams. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians have managed to qualify for Qualifier 2 and will meet Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium.

In his recent conversation with Jiocinema, the MI captain spoke about his new method.

“People are thinking about the T20 game differently and taking it to next level. Game has changed. I have played this format for a long time in a certain manner but I want to do different things now while doing that if I get out, it don’t really bother me,” he said.

He was soon bashed for his statement, with many fans urging him to retire from the shortest format.

In 15 games, he has accumulated 324 runs at an average of 21.60 and a strike rate of 133.33.
