Axar Patel’s final over blitzkrieg during Delhi Capitals’ match against Chennai Super Kings on Saturday helped his team to register their seventh win of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season.
With 17 runs needed from the final over, which was bowled Ravindra Jadeja, Axar smacked three sixes to take DC beyond the finishing line. With this win, DC climbed back to the top of the points table.
However, before his batting exploits in Sharjah, the all-rounder turned into an Astrologer, while replying to teammate Ishant Sharma’s comment on an Instagram post.
Just two days before DC’s game against CSK, Ishant had urged Axar to hit more sixes, and the latter replied with “Apna time aayega (My time will come).”

DC needed 15 runs from the last five balls before Axer smacked three sixes to win the game, with a ball and 5 wickets to spare. So far, Delhi have won 14 points from nine matches, so far, and are firmly-placed to qualify for the playoffs.
