Former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar is famous for his outspoken nature. His comments on Ravindra Jadeja and Harsha Bhogle led to his removal from the commentary panel.

During the ongoing lockdown period, former and current cricketers are spending their time on social media. While many are interacting with their fans, others are taking to their teammates and retired players.

Speaking to ESPNCricinfo, Sanjay Manjrekar was asked to describe the first thing that comes to his mind when he hears Harsha Bhogle.

“India’s best commentator,” Manjrekar told ESPNCricinfo. Earlier, when he was dropped from the commentary panel, he took to Twitter to share his thoughts.

“I have always considered commentary as a great privilege, but never an entitlement,” Sanjay Manjrekar wrote on his Twitter handle.

“It is up to my employers whether they choose to have me or not and I will always respect that. Maybe BCCI has not been happy with my performance of late. I accept that as a professional.”
