All the players from England are set to leave the Pakistan Super League (PSL) midway due to the fears of coronavirus. Till Thursday, 21 cases of the dangerous virus had been reported in Pakistan.

According to a report published in Daily Mail, English cricketers were in a hurry to exit from the PSL as a precautionary measure. The likes of Jason Roy, Moeen Ali, James Vince, Tom Banton, Alex Hales, and Chris Jordan are waiting for their early exit.

PSL still has 10 more days left to run but all 15 players from England could jet off to the UK by Saturday. PCB has already confirmed that all the remaining matches of the PSL would be played behind closed doors.

While the next two ODIs between India and South Africa will also be played behind closed doors, the three-match ODI series between Australia and New Zealand is also being played in empty stands.

The coronavirus has claimed more than 4000 lives and infected more than 1,60,000 people worldwide.
