Rohit Sharma, who was cool and calm before becoming India’s captain, is seen losing cool now and then. Be it his teammates or umpires, Rohit hasn’t left anybody. Even several former players have pointed out the sudden change in one of the best batters in the world.

He argued with the on-field umpire in the 19th over of South Africa’s innings in the second T20I. Arshdeep Singh started the over with a no-ball but gave away just one run on a free-hit but conceded a six the next ball.

The left-arm pacer followed David Miller, who was walking across. The umpire called the ball wide, but Rohit Sharma was unimpressed. He went straight to the official and started debating where the ball had pitched. Rohit controlled his emotions when the umpire pat his shoulders before both started laughing.

This was the first such incident in the match. He was not pleased with the same umpire for calling a delivery wide. Rohit was furious and even mockingly signalled for a DRS. The Ultra Edge showed no connection between the bat and the ball when the Indian skipper tried to run it down to the fine leg.
