India and Pakistan will clash on August 28 at the upcoming Asia Cup 2022. Former Pakistan skipper Wasim Akram was asked to name the players who could hurt each other team’s chances in the tournament.
For him, Suryakumar Yadav can take away the game from Pakistan. He lauded the Indian batter for his 360-degree batting style. “India have Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul, but I feel Suryakumar Yadav is an extraordinary talent. He has all the attacking shots in his batting arsenal. Pakistan will have to be careful while bowling to him,” said Akram.
Akram took captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan’s names while talking about the Men in Green.
“India will target Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan as they are very dangerous batters in this format of the game. They play proper shots and are not sloggers,” he added.
