Indian bowlers were hammered by Sri Lanka batters in the second T20I in Pune. The visitors scored 206/6 in 20 overs with captain Dasun Shanaka going all out. He scored an unbeaten 56 off 22 balls, laced with 6 sixes and 2 fours.

However, there were moments of brilliance by India pacer Umran Malik. He took three wickets and bowled with a lot of fire. Although he conceded 48 runs, Sri Lanka batsmen were unable to handle his pace at times.

Umran bowled Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Wanindu Hasaranga, while Charith Asalanka was caught by Shubman Gill.

He delivered a peach of a delivery to Rajapaksa.

The fans were delighted to see Umran Malik at his fiery best.

Kusal Mendis slammed 52 runs off 31 balls while Charith Asalanka contributed with a fine 37 off 19 balls.

For India, Shivam Mavi ( 53 in 4 overs), Arshdeep Singh ( 37 in 2 overs) proved very expensive.
