Former Pakistan fast bowler Aaqib Javed has made a comparison between Umran Malik and Haris Rauf. While Haris is playing international cricket for long, Umran is new to the system.
Pakistan’s speedster represents the national team across formats and his pace has been troubling the batters.
On the other hand, Malik has made his debut in limited-overs cricket.
“Umran Malik is not as trained or fit as Haris Rauf. He touches 150KPH in his first spell in ODI cricket, but after bowling 6-7 overs, his speed falls to 138kph,” he said.
Umran is currently a part of tbe ongoing ODI series against the Tom Latham-led team but has failed to find a place in the playing XI.
