Shaheen Afridi, Babar Azam, and Mohammad Rizwan were Pakistan’s heroes in the semi-final clash against New Zealand. The Men in Green won the contest by 7 wickets and made it to the final of the ICC T20 World Cup.
The pacer, who recently recovered from a knee injury, was pleased with the opening pair and lifted them together after the team registered an easy win over rivals at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Afridi took two wickets, while Babar and Rizawan smashed the fifties to complete the task. Rizwan was named the Man of the Match for his smart batting.
