Aakash Chopra said India will be in deep trouble if the players don’t improve their performances against spinners.

Australia defeated India by 9 wickets in the third Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The hosts were bowled out for 109 and 163 in their two innings, with 18 wickets falling against spin.

“The performance against the spinners has become bad. Our situation is going to become worst if we continue to fail against the spinners. We are unable to handle the tweakers,” he said on his YouTube channel.

“If we start from 2021, we have been very ordinary against the spinners. The averages of our batters have gone down while playing on turning tracks,” he added.
