IND vs AUS World Test Championship (WTC) Final
Australia are almost through to the final, and the victory in the third red-ball game against the Proteas will seal their spot.

Australia skipper Pat Cummins has promised David Warner the full support of the team as he slammed Cricket Australia for the way he was treated in his attempt to overturn the lifetime captaincy ban. Warner has withdrawn his appeal, accusing CA of mocking the whole process.

“I don’t know what his manager said, but I chatted with Warner, and he is doing great. We support him, and he is a huge member of the side. He has been fantastic with me throughout my career,” said Cummins.

“He is a leader in this side, especially in the last few years. He has our support, and we back him and respect his decision.”

Warner was banned for his involvement in the controversial Cape Town ball-tampering incident. Cricket Australia recently amended its code of conduct, allowing players and other officials to appeal their sanctions.
