Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali stayed back in India after his team’s campaign in the ICC World Cup 2023 ended. His wife Samiya Arzoo is from India and the couple decided to spend quality time with family members.

Hasan and Samiya recently visited Taj Mahal in Agra.

Hasan had earlier expressed his desire to visit India to meet Arzoo’s family.

The right-arm fast bowler will return to Pakistan on November 22, Wednesday. He has been named in the squad for the upcoming three-match Test series in Australia.

In 6 World Cup games, Ali took 9 wickets at an average of 35.66. Meanwhile, Pakistan won just four games in the tournament.

They defeated the Netherlands, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and New Zealand.

However, they were thumped by India, Australia, Afghanistan, South Africa and England.

Babar Azam resigned from captaincy after World Cup debacle. Shan Masood is the new Test captain, while Shaheen Afridi has got the command in T20Is.
