Virat Kohli, who is busy in the IPL with Royal Challengers Bangalore, was recently in Mumbai for the game against Mumbai Indians.
Royal Challengers Bangalore suffered a humiliating six-wicket defeat against MI, where Virat failed with the bat. In the latest development, Kohli made it to the news after he stepped out for a dinner date with his wife Anushka Sharma in his restaurant in Mumbai.
While the two were out, the paparazzi did not miss a chance to capture the power couple. However, in the video that has been doing rounds, the photographers kept referring to Anushka as ‘Sir’ to gain her attention. When Virat heard that, he, jokingly remarked, “Virat ma’am bhi bol de (Why don’t you say Virat ma’am too!)“
After this, the photographer apologised to the couple, and the pair went inside the restaurant. Here is the video.
It is not the first time Virat and Anushka hogged the news during the IPL, as they were earlier spotted playing badminton at a society and lunch at a Bengaluru restaurant. Royal Challengers Bangalore are seventh on the ladder with 10 points in 11 games and need to win their remaining games to qualify for the next round.
