Mohammed Siraj is a class act in Test cricket. The young pacer has bowled several match-winning spells in red-ball cricket. However, he has conceded a lot of runs in white-ball cricket with many calling him a Test specialist.

With passage of time, he has shown considerable improvement in limited-overs cricket, especially in one-day internationals. In the second ODI against Zimbabwe, he has bowled two maiden overs, taking his overall tally to 10 in 2022.

He is the only bowler to touched this mark in the ongoing year. Earlier, KL Rahul won the toss and invited Zimbabwe to bat first.

Deepak Chahar, who took three wickets in the opening game, was replaced by all-rounder Shardul Thakur. Chahar recently returned to the squad after a long injury layoff.

India are leading the three-match ODI series by 1-0, having defeated the hosts by 10 wickets.
