England all-rounder Moeen Ali is unhappy with the English Cricket Board for the team’s hectic schedule after winning the ICC T20 World Cup, as they will play the upcoming ODI series against Australia from Thursday.

He was a part of the World Cup-winning squad and will represent England in one-day internationals against the Aussies.

As quoted by Cricketer, the England all-rounder said that the schedule is horrible and players will not be able to give their all when games are organized like this.

Ali said this has been happening for a while and pointed out that England played a Test against Ireland 10 days after winning the ODI World Cup in 2019 and the Ashes soon after.

“It is horrible to play a game just after three days. Players should have been given time to celebrate. They will not be able to give their best if games are planned in such a way,” he said.

“These kinds of things are a shame,” he added.
