Mohammad Amir has slammed Mohammad Rizwan for not coming out of his comfort zone and even dragged Misbah-ul-Haq into it.

Former Pakistan players are washing dirty linen in public after the team’s two successive defeats in the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia. They are targeting current players and throwing dirt on each other to score points.

Former pacer Mohammad Amir has slammed Mohammad Rizwan for not coming out of his comfort zone and even dragged Misbah-ul-Haq into it.

There was a discussion ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup to promote Fakhar Zaman as an opener and bring Babar Azam or Rizwan down to the number three slot to strengthen the middle order.

Howver, the suggestion was declined by PCB chief Ramiz Raja. “Yeh openers wala start huwa tha jab Misbah head coach tha. Rizwan ko uthake open karwa diya aur Fakhar jaisa banda, jo iss time pai Pakistan ka best T20 opener hai, uspar churi pheri,” said Amir.

“Babar and Rizwan apni confort zone sai bahar aane ko tayar nahi hai,” he added.
