Yuzvendra Chahal scripted history against Kolkata Knight Riders as the wrist-spinner became the leading-wicket taker in the history of the IPL.

Chahal picked up a four-wicket haul against KKR and took his wicket tally to 187. The 32-year-old surpassed Dwayne Bravo’s feat, who had 183 wickets. Meanwhile, Chahal completed the historic milestone in just 143 games.

With the feat, Chahal also topped the wickets chart for this season and holds the purple cap. After his scintillating feat, several fans took to Twitter and praised the 2022 purple cap winner for his consistency, Here are some reactions.
