The 28-year-old scored 2598 runs in 44 matches at an average of 54.12 with eight centuries and 15 half-centuries to win the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy.
While he accumulated 1184 runs from just nine Test matches, his tally stood at 679 runs in nine one-day internationals. He won the ODI Cricketer of the Year in 2021.
