Virat Kohli’s childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma stated that India has a chance to win the second T20I in 10 overs, given their strong batting line-up.

Speaking to India News Sports, lauded the Kiwi bowlers for their exceptional bowling while defending just 99 runs.

“The pitch was challenging and the India bowlers restricted the rivals on a below-par score. It seemed India would chase down the target in 10 overs.

“But credit goes to New Zealand bowlers for not allowing the Indian batters to break free. The Black Caps dropped catches and even missed run-out chances. If that hadn’t happened, the match would have been very close,” he said.

India won the game in the 20th over, with Suryakumar Yadav remaining unbeaten on 26 off 31 deliveries.
