Pakistan Cricket board (PCB) chief Ramiz Raja said that India were eliminated from the Asia Cup 2022 because of too many changes made by the management (Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma).
The Men in Blue won the first two games against Pakistan and Hong Kong in the group stage but they were stunned by Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the Super 4 stage, leading to their elimination from the tournament.
“People are asking me why am I playing the same combination in every match? I told them that we have won matches so there is no need to change the winning model,” he said.
“India went down in the Asia Cup 2022 because Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma made to many changes. They have a bigger pool of players that’s why they are experimenting,” he added.
