Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh has made a bold statement on the upcoming four-match Test series against Australia. The hosts will have to win by a margin of two Tests to qualify for the final of the WTC.
Bhajji said India should open with Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma if they want to beat Australia in the red-ball matches. Shubman has been in sensational form, hitting 4 centuries in white-ball cricket in the last few weeks.
However, many feel he will have to wait in the longest format as KL Rahul and Rohit have been magnificent as a pair and deserve to open against the Pat Cummins-led team.
Rohit, Rahul, and Virat Kohli are returning for the five-day games after missing the T20I series against New Zealand.
However, Harbhajan disagrees with the views of the leading cricket experts and wants the management to go ahead with Shubman as Rohit’s partner.
Ultimately it is the Captain & Coach who are the decision makers, so hazaar former players give their opinions it doesn’t matter ROLLS ROYCE KL RAHUL will play the 3rd Test match w/o any doubt. The other guy has to wait there’s no other option.
