They defeated the visitors by 2-1 in both ODIs and T20Is, batter Ryan Burl in the final T20I guided his team to a famous series win.

Burl smashed five sixes and a four in the 15th over of Nasum Ahmed’s bowling and equalled the record for second-highest runs scored in the shortest format of the game.

The batter revealed that he was trying to repeat Yuvraj Singh’s magical performance of six sixes in one over. Yuvraj had smashed Stuart Broad for six sixes.

“I was trying to hit the left-arm spinner for 36 in an over. I was trying to repeat the performance of Yuvraj, who is a legend,” Burl was quoted as saying in Zee News. He finished with 54 runs off 28 balls as the hosts won by 10 runs.
