Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is set to be available for the last two T20 internationals against West Indies.
The right-hander retired hurt after scoring 11 off 5 deliveries in the third T20I. The BCCI confirmed that the captain had a back spasm.
After the team’s win in the third game, Rohit was hopeful of recovering in time for the last two T20Is.
“It’s okay at the moment. We’ve got a few days till the next game; hopefully, it should be okay,” he had said. He played a match-winning knock of 44-ball 64 in the opening game.
“Rohit will be available for the last two games on Saturday and Sunday”, a report from Cricbuzz read.
Meanwhile, both teams’ players and support staff have been handed US Visas.
