Former Australia pacer Brett Lee has bowled to some of the legendary cricketers. He contest with Sachin Tendulkar and Jacques Kallis was watched by millions. He dismissed Tendulkar 14 times in international cricket.

While Lee has always acknowledged Tendulkar as the toughest batter to bowl to, there is another player from India, who troubled one of the greatest bowlers in the world.

Virender Sehwag like Sachin was one of the renowned batsmen during his heydays. Lee spoke about Sehwag’s talent and why he was one of the threatening batters.

“Sehwag played with a smile on his face and went after the bowlers from ball one. He hit even the best balls for big shots across formats,” he said.

“Virender looked like Sachin Tendulkar. I thought another Sachin from Team India. As if one was not enough,” he added.

Lee lauded Sehwag for the way he played Test cricket. “Bowlers look for a dot ball when they bowl their first delivery of a Test match but when a player hits it for a four, it creates doubt in the mind.”
