Ahead of the first pink-ball Test in Adelaide, Australia's Test skipper Tim Paine spoke to the press and discussed a couple of issues, including star batsman Steve Smith's absence from the training session on Tuesday at the Adelaide Oval.
Paine also gave a small hint regarding the participation of all-rounder Cameron Green and out-of-form opener Joe Burns. The veteran wicketkeeper-batsman, however, didn't reveal the playing XI for the Border-Gavaskar series opener against Virat Kohli and co.
Having said that, former Indian batsman Wassim Jaffer, who has been pretty active on social media lately, took to Twitter and trolled Paine for not revealing the playing XI for the first Test against India.
"Aust captain Tim Paine says he has an XI settled but wants to keep it "in-house" until the toss. Less time for India to plan for the chosen XI I suppose… #AusvInd," Journalist Daniel Brettig wrote on Twitter.
Replying to this tweet, Jaffer used a hilarious Bollywood meme starring actor Akshay Kumar to savagely troll the Australian skipper on the microblogging site. "#AUSvsIND Yeh Darr Hone Chahiye. Tera Yeh Darr Mujhe Accha Laga (Translation: 'You should be afraid. I like that you're afraid')," the meme read.
