In the times of coronavirus, when food is becoming a scarcity for daily wage earners, a policeman became a ray of hope for a vagabond as he offered food to him. Former India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh took a note of it and praised the policemen for showing such humane and exemplary behavior.

Yuvraj posted a video where policemen are seen sharing their food with those in need and applauded the effort. Taking to Twitter, he wrote: “It’s heartwarming to see such an act of humanity shown by these policemen. Much respect for their act of kindness during these tough times and for sharing their own food. #StayHomeStaySafe #BeKind.”

The Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi had earlier interacted with 49 sports personalities that included the likes of BCCI President Sourav Ganguly, Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli, cricket great Sachin Tendulkar, badminton world champion P.V. Sindhu and chess legend Viswanathan Anand. He urged them to keep spreading awareness and act as a torchbearer of motivation as India fights the coronavirus pandemic. This video by Yuvraj Singh will surely inspire many to do good work.
