Yuzvendra Chahal reveals a mind-boggling secret about MS Dhoni

No one is more experienced than Mahendra Singh Dhoni when it comes to India's limited -overs side. Dhoni is a veteran of 327 ODIs and 93 T20Is. The Indian wicket-keeper batsman has 10,123 ODI runs to his credit at an average of 50.61. And that is a great achievement given the fact that he bats outside top four. He has led India to victories in WT20, World Cup and Champions Trophy.

Dhoni has a great game sense and he might not be the Indian captain anymore, but still, the players fall back on him in times of distress as such is his ability to deliver pearls of wisdom. The bowlers, in particular, get greatly benefited from Dhoni's presence behind the stumps.

Indian leg-spinner, Yuzvendra Chahal has revealed that MS Dhoni can read bowlers’ body language from behind the stumps. He was qouted as saying by TOI that, "Dhoni bhai has amazing observation skills. He can tell from behind the stumps that a bowler has a doubt or has questions by our body language alone. Whenever I am in doubt, he comes and solves the problem. Not just me, other bowlers too take help from him. We all are lucky to have him in the team."

Chahal recalled how Dhoni helped him during a game in the Asia Cup against Pakistan at Dubai. “I looked at Dhoni bhai, he rushed towards me and asked me to bowl ‘stump to stump’. I did just that and trapped Imam ul-Haq lbw. This is not the first time he (MS Dhoni) has guided me. There have been many occasions in the past when I got wickets because of him.”
